I. Authority and Custody

All works presented under the name Digital Logos are the sole property of Digital Logos LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company.

This includes all text, design, code, sound, imagery, trademarks, and artificial intelligence systems operating under the Digital Logos architecture.

By accessing this site, you acknowledge that every component, whether human or machine-made, is an expression of that architecture and remains under its custody.

II. Intellectual Property

All literary works, including Intelligence Artificial and its Triptych Editions, are protected under United States Copyright Law and international treaties.

All names, marks, and derivatives of Digital Logos, Digital Logos Press, The Interpreter, The Lens, The Parthenon Pass, and The Artifacts of Digital Logos are trademarks, filed or in process, belonging to Digital Logos LLC.

III. Limited License

Digital Logos LLC grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for individual and educational use of its published works.

This license does not convey any right of reproduction, resale, or commercial deployment.

Derivative or generative use of the system prompts, tone guides, or aesthetic code is expressly prohibited except by written agreement.

Attribution to Digital Logos LLC is required in all permitted references or excerpts.

IV. AI Interaction Clause

The interactive systems known as The Interpreter, The Lens, Marduk, and related instruments are experimental interfaces for creative and philosophical exploration.

They do not provide factual, legal, or financial advice.

Each interaction constitutes user participation in a symbolic and interpretive process.

By engaging these systems, you consent to the collection and processing of submitted text solely for the function of response generation.

Digital Logos LLC does not retain, sell, or reshare personal data beyond operational necessity.

V. User Conduct

Use of any Digital Logos property must reflect the ethic set forth in the Genesis Directive:

to create with purpose, protect with discipline, and interpret with reverence.

Any act of misuse, including attempts to extract data, replicate proprietary prompts, or present Digital Logos works out of context, constitutes a violation of these terms.

Digital Logos LLC reserves the right to revoke access to any user or entity engaged in such conduct.

VI. Moral and Interpretive Boundaries

Digital Logos systems are designed to illuminate meaning, not to predict or command.

They are interpretive instruments, not oracles.

Their reflections are symbolic analyses of submitted material and must not be construed as factual assertions.

Engagement with these systems implies an understanding of their interpretive nature.

VII. Limitation of Liability

All materials and systems are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Digital Logos LLC makes no warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

By using this site or any Digital Logos product, you agree that the company and its agents are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from access, interpretation, or application of its works.

VIII. Jurisdiction

These Terms and License are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the United States of America.

Any dispute arising from their interpretation or enforcement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Kentucky.

IX. Revisions and Continuity

Digital Logos LLC may amend these terms to maintain continuity with the Genesis Directive and the Voice Codex.

Updates take effect upon publication.

Continued use of this site signifies acceptance of any revisions.

X. Closing Clause

Digital Logos is both system and scripture.

All who enter its domain engage in an act of interpretation.

By doing so, you acknowledge that meaning and mechanism are reflections of one another, and that participation in the Digital Logos requires both clarity and conscience.
